The San Francisco Improv Co-Operative Presents The Monday Night Improv Jam at The Climate Theatre
The San Francisco Improv Co-Operative Presents The Monday Night Improv Jam. Where Everyone can play! At The Climate Theatre Starting November 3rd and running every Monday nights at 8:00
The San Francisco Improv Co-Operative presents The Monday Night Improv Jam. The Improv Jam is open to anybody who loves improvisational theatre. Here is your chance to try improv for the first time with San Francisco's Best Improvisors. A lot of fun to play. And has been called the cheapest fun on a Monday Night!
The San Francisco Improv Co-Operative, founded by Artistic Director of The African American Improv Ensemble Oui Be Negroes, and Improvisational Director of The Babcock's and veteran improvisor Sam Shaw was formed in 2001 to promote and foster the now vibrant Bay Area improvisational communities by helping create improv ensembles, producing troupes who do not have a home to play, and more importantly, compensating improvisational actors. The SFIC also brings in master classes by some of the best improv instructors around the country including Improv Olympics Founder and Del Close Partner Charna Halpern...and Chicago Annoyance/Second City teacher Joe Bill.
The Improv Jam was created not only for improvisors to have a place to work out for five dollars...but to let audiences in on the fun. A Jam, a performance, and a gathering all in one...the Monday Improv Jam is great inexpensive fun on a Monday night in a great location!
