SUBITO TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES SMARTSTAFF EMPLOYEE SCHEDULER

Subito Technologies acquired the SmartStaff Employee Scheduler from SmartTime Software in August, 2003. The SmartStaff Employee Scheduler delivers robust scheduling solutions to organizations with complex employee scheduling needs.

Worcester, Massachusetts -- August 7, 2003 -- Subito Technologies, Incorporated (www.subitotech.com) announced today that it has acquired the SmartStaff business unit from SmartTime Software, Inc (www.smarttime.com). As part of the acquisition, Subito acquired the SmartStaff Employee Scheduler, and the existing SmartStaff customers. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SmartStaff is a proprietary employee scheduling application that assists employers with complex workforce management scheduling solutions. The application has been sold to more than 100 customers.
