Defies Master of Escape" to take his challenge and forfeit $100,000.00 prize

Kirtland, OH- Oct. 17 /http://www.escapeguy.com/ -- Michael Griffin, 2-Time Winner of the World Magic Awards for Best Escape Artist and recently dubbed The Ultimate Escape Artist" by Ripleys Believe it or Not TV has been issued a challenge from Lakeland Campus Police Officer Steve Gagliardi to put up or shut up during his performance of X-MAGIC at the Performing Arts Center at Lakeland Community College Oct 22.

X-MAGIC" is a combination of ½ original magic and ½ impossible escapes with a chance for someone to win $100,000.00 by keeping Michael prisoner. Officer Steve Gagliardi approached Griffin via telephone to see if Griffin would subject himself to the test of escaping from handcuffs, chains, leg irons and duct tape after being sealed up in an airtight container. Griffin estimates his chances at escaping from Officer Gagliardis challenge is at best 50-50

According to Griffin What makes this show unique is the marriage of original magic and impossible escapes with a great amount of audience interaction. Among his favorite magic offerings; Exercise in Chance", a psychic experiment that may be the most dangerous test ever attempted and the East Indian Needle Mystery" which has taken the lives of several prominent magicians throughout its history." Where the escapes are concerned there will be no de-materializing as has been suggested everything will be accomplished by physical means, whether I succeed or fail." He added I do hope to break the law-Murphys law."

Griffin says With X-MAGIC You need to come in with an open mind because anything can happen and will." Griffin brings his award winning show to the Lakeland Community College Performing Arts Center Wednesday Oct. 22 at 7:30 PM Tel: 440 953-7356
