October 15, 2003 ...Daniel Gale sales agents recently took advantage of a unique seminar, "How Globalization Affects the Real Estate Market," sponsored by Daniel Gale Home Services. Guest speakers, all leading experts in the industry, included Pat Petersen, President and CEO of Daniel Gale Real Estate; Ruth Ann Pepple, President, RELO Network Services International Division; and Catherine Tansey, ISIS Group International.

October 15, 2003...Daniel Gale sales agents recently took advantage of a unique seminar, "How Globalization Affects the Real Estate Market," sponsored by Daniel Gale Home Services. Guest speakers, all leading experts in the industry, included Pat Petersen, President and CEO of Daniel Gale Real Estate; Ruth Ann Pepple, President, RELO Network Services International Division; and Catherine Tansey, ISIS Group International.
Agents gained valuable information concerning the needs and expectations of multi-cultural clients and customers. "Agent training and education is very important to the Daniel Gale organization," said Ms. Petersen. "Even as our world changes and borders shrink, our agents must remain current on all issues that affect our industry and the people we serve."
Catherine Tansey, co-founder of ISIS, the multi-national and multi-lingual firm, discussed effective communication skills as one way of building relationships and achieving success for clients internationally. Pat Petersen focused on the affects of globalization on the real estate market and Ruth Ann Pepple talked about RELO's capabilities allowing network members the ability to offer real estate services world wide.
During the seminar, agents were also able to meet members of the Daniel Gale Home Service Program and learn about the professionalism and advantages of the various home-related services Daniel Gale offers to all buyers and sellers, before, during and after the move.
