Company begins offering extensible designs to small business owners

XAdvance Web Technologies announced today the launch of its Web design and development services. The Ottawa-based company will begin by offering site design packages to small businesses that have little or no web presence.

XAdvance's services focus on the development of the Web, rather than the "clumsy" design practices that are being built.
