Small Business do not have confidence in IT Professionals

Small companies often ask: "Where can I find a programmer who will work with me to develop the programs that I want? So many programmers think they understand my business better than I do."

There is a lack of confidence in the IT Industry which means that many small businesses do not even think about using IT Professionals. Many small business have been bitten badly by IT costs that do not make their life easier. And because it is very hard for small businesses to find the right IT person they shelve the idea of using custom designed programs which can stream line their business.

We have developed a bi-directional matching method over the last 17 years which we are now applying to matching IT professionals who have the skills and experience to create or update customised programs to assist with business processes. We use technology to match on all skills as closely as possible, as well some personality matching.

We hope to attract students and retired people who will charge less. Then micro and small business win as well as those in the margins of employment.
While governments consider spending large sums on PR to improve the image of IT professionals, while at the same time pointing to the level of fraudulent CVs we are actually using IT to address the problem.
