Voltaix, Inc. Announces Price Increase

Voltaix, Inc., manufacturer of specialty gases announces price increase effective 11/15/03.

Effective November 15, 2003, or as supply agreements permit, Voltaix will increase the prices of selected semiconductor and photovoltaic products on a global basis. This will result in an average price increase of 4%.

Commenting on the announcement, Dr. John P. de Neufville, President of Voltaix, Inc., said, This pricing initiative is necessary to offset recent increases in both raw materials costs and the costs of maintaining the high level of product stewardship and technical support services that our customers expect. As such, we hope that our customers understand the need for these changes.
