Journalists Launch New and Unique India News Site
Globus Media Services India (GMSI) has today formally launched All India Newspapers, the countrys most unique and comprehensive news, media and information website conceptualized and designed by working journalists.
Found at http://www.allindianewspapers.com, the website has been developed by a group of 4 journalists who formed GMSI, bearing in mind the common news readers as well as journalists looking for India specific news, media resources and other incidental information.
One of the key features of this free website is the aggregation of the days news from the countrys top newspapers such as The Times Of India, Indian Express, The Statesman, Hindustan Times, The Hindu, Telegraph, Deccan Herald et al in 5 different sections namely national news, editorials, sports, regional, and business that gives a quick run down of the days top media stories.
Additionally, the website 10 news channels further gives users multiple options for detailed reading of news of a particular genre from a particular newspaper, from a common page. These common news channel pages include national, states, editorials, cities, business, sports, economy, infotech, columns and features --- all drawn from the days online English newspapers.
Unlike other sites that run partial lists, this site also runs a complete repertoire of India newspapers in English and in vernacular newspapers, besides online editions of every Indian magazine.
The website also has additional features such as India news archives search, newspaper laws, news agencies, newspaper and publishers addresses and an exclusive journalists resources section tailored for the needs of journalists.
Added to these features are also the exhaustive TV, Radio, Maps, Law, Government, Education, Foreign Exchange, Weather and General Information sections that meet the needs of a wide section of people with diverse interests in India.
Also included on the site are continuously updated breaking news from around the world, US, Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and Middle-east.
