Evergreen Heights is a nonprofit organization founded in 1958. Evergreen Heights provides personal care and assistance 24 hours a day for those with a mental health diagnosis. They also provide patients with planned menus provided by a registered Dietician, social events and religious services.

As a Tax Supervisor at Fagliarone Group CPAs, Buschman is responsible for tax planning and preparation for small businesses, partnerships, corporations, and individuals. A resident of Auburn, Buschman is also on the Board of Directors for the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce and the Salvation Army. He is a graduate of both the State University of New York at Oswego and Boston University.
