First Ever 'Name Your Own Price' Art Exhibition
Come exhilarate in 'Hand to Eye', an emerging artist group exhibition at The Bottom Feeders Studio Gallery. The exhibitions runs from October 31st to November 22nd, 2003.
In the first ever art exhibition in New York City with no set prices, Siren - serene and psycho-sexual surrealist artist - exhibits watercolor prints with 'NAME YOUR PRICE' on each of the price tags for his work.
"Freedom is an important precursor to joy and artistic appreciation," said Siren, "in other words, you buy freely when you love freely." Siren makes waves with his colorful characters in watercolor, ink and oil paintings reminiscent of characters and art created by Tim Burton, Edward Gorey or Dr. Seuss. View Siren's artwork at www.sirenstory.com.
The watercolor prints are part of 'Hand to Eye', an emerging artist group exhibition at the Bottom Feeders Studio Gallery, 195 Chrystie Street, Suite 700B, (7th Floor). The exhibition runs from October 31st to November 22nd. Hours are from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday or by appointment. Opening reception Saturday November 1st from 3 to 5 p.m. Come exhilarate in the giddy waves of artistic freedom.
