TecAccess Receives Award of Excellence" from Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center
The Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) has honored TecAccess, a world leader in Information Technology (IT) Accessibility and Section 508 Solutions, with its Award of Excellence. The award expresses the rehabilitation centers appreciation for the contribution that TecAccess has made in preparing individuals with disabilities for employment.
The Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) has honored TecAccess, a world leader in Information Technology (IT) Accessibility and Section 508 Solutions, with its Award of Excellence. The award expresses the rehabilitation centers appreciation for the contribution that TecAccess has made in preparing individuals with disabilities for employment. Signed by the Commissioner and the Principal of WWRC, the award is a token of gratitude and recognition of TecAccess commitment, dedication, and effectiveness in serving persons with disabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Located in Fishersville, Virginia, WWRC is the first state-owned and state-operated comprehensive rehabilitation center in the nation. It provides assistive technology, medical and vocational rehabilitation services to help persons with disabilities more independent and self-sufficient within the community. Within its Career and Life Services Division, over 38 training topics are offered, including an external option that provides training in any trade. Driving classes, reading, math, G.E.D., and internships are also available. Medical services include occupational, physical, and speech therapies; rehabilitation nursing, counseling, and head trauma treatment.
