The DVD will include live audio and video footage from becky!" shows at the Viper Room, The Belly Up Tavern, and The Galaxy Theatre.

The CD contains recordings from the Jungle Room in Glendale, California; The Jim Latham Sessions, Santa Monica and 9 songs recorded at the famous Cherokee Studios in Hollywood.
