CHICAGO, IL - City-Alert.com, one of the nations leading online destinations for urban trendsetters, announced a six month agreement with Modem Media, the interactive marketing firm representing Heineken USA Inc., to promote and brand Heineken across its channel to eight key markets (New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Detroit and Miami).
City-Alert.com will promote the Heineken "House Party" Sweepstakes and sustain the Heineken brand post-promotion by maintaining a significant presence aimed at urban consumers. As part of the agreement, City-Alert.com will use its full suite of promotional capabilities including email campaigns, wireless alerts, online banner ads and offline events.
"A deal with Heineken is huge for City-Alert.com," said Damon Clark, chief executive officer and founder of City-Alert.com. "This is our second time around with the company. I guess it means we are doing something right."
Heineken is seeking to reinforce its brand relevance among African-American and urban consumers.
