Option magazine calls Jack Gates compositions , "Elegant." His music draws on a variety of influences, including Cuban, East Indian, African and South American Jazz and Pop rhythms. His music is at once danceable and reflective. All songs are recorded and mixed by Garth Webber. Noted muscians on the CD include Kevin Mummey, David Motto, Steve Bennett and Ernie Mansfield. Sharyl Gates lends an added layer of vocal instrumentation to several songs and painted the beautiful graphics that appear throughout the CD packaging.
