TR Cutler, Inc., the largest manufacturing public relations firm has named Lucia Falek, VP of the Food Science Public Relations Division. Ms. Falek was with Elias Brothers Big Boy restaurants for 15 years.

TR Cutler, Inc., the largest manufacturing public relations firm has named Lucia Falek, VP of the Food Science Public Relations Division. Ms. Falek was with Elias Brothers Big Boy restaurants for 15 years.

The firm is combining food science efforts, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) with a concentrated public relations campaign regarding food safety. The effort will be conducted both for restaurant chains as well as a wide range of food manufacturers.
