A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Israeloff holds a BS degree in economics, cum laude. He earned his JD degree from Columbia University where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. He received his LL.M degree in taxation from New York University.
Mr. Israeloff began his career with the major New York City law firm of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and was Tax Consulting Project Manager at the Big Five accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, New York City. He was most recently General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for Billy Smith Sport Center, Inc., Plainview. As Director of Taxation, he is responsible for all technical and procedural aspects of FM & Co.s tax practice with particular emphasis in the areas of diversified tax, estate and financial planning for individuals and business owners. He has advised clients in the areas of corporate, partnership, individual, international, state and local, estates and trusts taxation. A lecturer on various tax matters, Mr. Israeloff is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He sits on the Executive Committee of the Wharton Business School Club of Long Island.
