Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc. Announces ''Upgrade to KMx'' Program for Docent and Click2Learn Customers

Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc. (KMSI), a leader in web-based Learning and Knowledge Management Technologies, today announced a competitive upgrade program for Docent and Click2Learn customers, in response to the pending merger of Docent and competitor, Click2Learn. KMSI is offering its "Upgrade to KMx" program now through December 30, 2006 to existing Docent and Click2Learn customers. By upgrading to KMx, Docent and Click2Learn customers will be able to take advantage of the features and functionality of KMx and receive a 50% discount on their first year of service.

(PRWEB) October 31, 2003 -- Explains KMSI President Jack E. Lee, "The Upgrade to KMx program was created following the announcement that Docent would merge with rival Click2Learn. KMx provides a solution for Docent and Click2Learn customers who are worried that Docent and Click2Learn products will quickly become obsolete. The program will enable Docent and Click2Learn clients to move forward with their initiatives without the worries of product uncertainty, availability of software support and maintenance and the inevitable technology conflicts that arise when competitors merge."

Explains KMSI CTO Mike Binnix, "Our competitors charge their clients a per-user licensing fee that consumes the remarkable return on investment that e-learning can provide. KMSI provides its' learning development and management technology using a flat annual fee. For a client with thousands of users this can represent millions in savings. Our pricing model removes all of the cost barriers for corporations and Government Agencies that need to provide training and performance support to an extended enterprise of employees, customers, suppliers and partners."

The Upgrade to KMx program is available to qualified Docent and Click2Learn customers from now until December 30, 2003. To get started, please call (410) 859-3412 or visit www.kmsi.us. With annual agreements starting at only $4,500 per year, there's never been a better time to upgrade to KMx.
