Vectormedia Software release the latest version of their Tinnitus Masking software 'Tinnitus Masker Pro'. Tinnitus Masker Pro allows sufferers of tinnitus to blend various types of noise together and listen to the results in realtime, or alternatively record the output to CD to create custom Tinnitus Masking CDs.

"We received input and feedback from many tinnitus sufferers during the development cycle", said Vectormedia Software's Head Of Development Nick Moulds, "which allowed us to customize the masking sounds to those most likely to produce significant masking of symptoms. Each sound can be panned, its frequency and volume altered and combined with other sounds to create a complete masking solution. The main benefit of Tinnitus Masker Pro is that it gives the suffer back a degree of control over their symptoms which in itself can provide a huge relief. Many of our customers had previously tried several pre-recorded masking CDs in an effort to find a suitable match for their symptoms. Our software takes the guesswork away and allows the user to customize the noise exactly to their requirements. One of our main objectives was to make the software as user friendly as possible - It takes only seconds for the user to taylor the settings to acheive the best overall masking for his or her particular symptoms"

New in version 4.1 is a tone generation panel which is useful in helping demonstrate symptoms to others and also can be a useful aid in providing residual inhibition of symptoms.

Tinnitus Masker Pro retails for $30.00 and is available as a fully functional 14 day no obligation trial from
