Chicago, IL, October 31, 2003 - Tribesoft, a full service solutions agency, announced it has been awarded the Macromedia "Site of the Day" for its interactive Halloween game "Fright Factory".
Fright Factory incorporates Flash MX technology in a unique online game type environment to let users assemble, from a variety of options, the most ghoulish and interesting character they can. Users can choose from Horrid Heads, Bits n' Pieces, Eerie Eyeballs, Unearthly Ears, Mangled Mouths and Nasty Noses to build their fiend. They also have the option of sending their creation or a link to the game to a friend.
Macromedia's "Site of the Day" award recognizes websites based on their strong visual designs, superior functionalities, and innovative uses of Macromedia products. Macromedia launched the award program to bring attention to the creative and engineering talent at agencies throughout the world. The award-winners are selected by a panel of industry professionals at Macromedia who receive thousands of submissions throughout the year.
"Every year, Tribesoft designs and launches these games as a way to engage clients and to showcase our capabilities. It is a great way for our team to work together and to allow us to exercise our creativity and technical skills", states Tony Passero, CEO of Tribesoft. "In doing so we set aside time to master new and emerging technologies so we can remain ahead of the curve and apply our learning to our future client solutions.

"The new release of Flash allows us to push the envelope of what we here at Tribesoft can do online that much further. I really think Macromedia should be applauded for bringing such a strong software product to market, without it producing a piece like Fright Factory just would not be possible."
