JUSTCHEX offers online drafting option for collecting state fee

The technology leader in online electronic check recovery adds drafting option to allow state fee collection without requirement of check writer written approval

Oxnard, CA, Nov 3, 2003 - JUSTCHEX, LLC, (JU$TCHEX") the company that provides Internet access to a simple-to-use and highly effective electronic check recovery process for returned checks announced today that clients now have an option to create a paper draft in the amount of the state fee thereby eliminating the need to get a written approval from the check writer. This new option is expected to be popular among pizza delivery, convenience stores and any other company that does not deal with a manageable base of repeat customers.

I use JU$TCHEX with the written approval and find that solution to be highly effective for my operation. And I stress the word highly". Using this new option, a JU$TCHEX client is only required to post a notification in plain view at the point of purchase. If this option is selected, the JU$TCHEX web site will only process the face value through the ACH network for payment and the fees will be converted to a paper draft for deposit into the check writers account by JU$TCHEX on behalf of the client. Paid fees will return to a JU$TCHEX managed processing account and our clients will be paid weekly for the fees recovered less the JU$TCHEX draft transaction fee.

Some of the options for notification at the point of purchase include a readable sticker, a notice on a billing statement, a printed message on a delivered box, or a medallion or badge worn by a delivery person.
