Arthur Tisi to Testify Before Department of Homeland Security on Data Warehousing Systems for In-Bound Shipments

Arthur G. Tisi, CEO of @thought Inc. will be testifying before Congress on new technologies capable of investigating shipments sents through U.S. Borders

Arthur G. Tisi, CEO of @thought Inc., a Tarrytown based technology and strategy services firm will testify before Congress next week on new systems available to quantify probabilities for "harmful packages".

Mr. Tisi intends to stress the need for more stringent systems that can used to do statistical analysis, based on prbabilities, to identify cargo that may be deemed "high risk".

"There is not doubt that an efficient method of identification of dangerous items is to use technology." Tisi said. "Technology when sued correctly provides capabilities that extend computational power beyond reasonable uses and Data Warehousing of the type we rae proposing will certainly have a major impact on the efficacy of our government's capabilities in this area.
