Vascon bags Zensar contract.

Pune(PRWEB) 3rd November2003....Vascon Engineers, leaders in the industrial and commercial projects have bagged a prestigious Zensar contract. Vascon will construct a total built up area of 2, 00,000sq. ft. as an extension to Zensars already existing facility on the Pune-Ahmednagar Road.

Zensar Technologies which has expansion plans as part of the launch of its business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Pune and recruitment drive, is all set to gear up its infrastructure. The new infrastructure to be designed and built by Vascon Engineers will be constructed on the 11 acres of land, which belongs to Zensar. The monetary value of the contract is pegged at approximately Rupees Eleven(11)crore.

Vascon Engineers will provide Zensar the built up area of 2, 00,000 sq.ft. clubbed with modular grid construction to synchronize Zensars interiors requirement, flat slab construction to achieve maximum clear working height, international standard elevation with roads and landscape as an addition its to already existing infrastructure.

As per the contract, Vascon will complete the project in only 42 weeks. 'Marisoft (the software park of Vascon Group) already houses some of the biggest IT companies and the has the credit of completing projects in record time. According to Mr. R Vasudevan, Chairman & Managing Director Vascon Engineers; The credit for bagging Zensar contract goes to the record and timely completion of work at Marisoft for other IT Majors like Parametric, MsourcE which are already housed at the software park which has been modeled on the walk to work concept. We strongly believe that the backbone of any successful IT project is the infrastructure it is built upon and thus we also understand the importance of time factor in it."

As a matter of fact MsourcE, was done in a record time of 95 days with constructed area of 40,000 sq.ft and now we look forward to completing Zensar to complete with the same dedication and commitment."
