The invoices are automatically emailed across the country in a matter of seconds, not days, which helps Acme reduce their accounts receivable. Lee Buddrus, owner of Acme Engineering, estimates they will save $36,000 on postage alone, not including forms, envelopes and the labor costs to stuff the envelopes. We are looking at an ROI of 3 months just based on the postage savings not to mention all of the other costs, stated Mr. Buddrus.
