KnowledgeBlue Wins Call Center Outsourcing Contract with Darden Dental Supplies

Deal includes inbound call processing for Darden's Industrial supply division

SALT LAKE CITY, UT., October 31, 2003 - KnowledgeBlue a leading provider of Global Outsourcing Services to small and medium businesses, today announced that it has signed a Call Center Outsourcing Agreement with Darden Dental Supplies, a distributor of dental and industrial products.

Under the terms of the agreement, KnowledgeBlue will manage all the inbound call processing for Darden's Industrial Supplies Division. KnowledgeBlue's Global Call Center was offered as a value-added service because it is already integrated with Darden's core business applications. This allows KnowledgeBlue's Call Center Agents to directly process orders and access Client information from the Darden's business applications providing Darden's management with real-time visibility to all Client service activities.
