Poetry IS worth your time.

Poetry is on the bottom of everyone's list today. It shouldn't be. Poetry can entertain, teach, even give you an 'aha' experience. And ebooks do not have to be a hassle.

evvy garrett, a published poet, with a long professional bio (including being listed with Poet & Writers), has eschewed the usual route of big publishers and agents this time. She decided to bring understandable, coherent, enjoyable, affordable, poetry to everyone through ebooks available on the Internet.

Even is this, she is being unconventional. Bypassing the usual Internet publishers due to constrictions of formats, (and incurring the wrath of many), she found a small publishing company that agreed to a .pdf printable format ebook containing colorful graphics and appropriate clip art. (A decision that locked her out of many traditional ebook markets.) She wanted people to be able to print her ebooks out, sit down on the couch or recliner, and enjoy. She wanted people to be able to transfer her ebooks to any electronic device, or to loan them to a friend as you could with a paperback.

Adding to these unusual features, the fact that these ebooks (each with its own ISBN) contain traditional poetry featuring untraditional, current topics, definitely moves these ebooks out of the box. One of them titled 'WomanThings so far the most popular, features content of interest to women. 'Confabulations is an epic in the traditional sense about being a poet. There will be at least two more titles added in the near future.

Writing poetry can be a calling, art, therapy or a hobby; for evvy garrett, creating poetry is definitely a calling, and she wants to share it with any many people as she can, in poems, these new ebooks, and in her teaching.
