The integration of TeleVantage with IntelliTouchs On-Hold Plus® 5000 (OHP 5000) digital on-hold audio system provides TeleVantage customers with a plug-and-play solution for high quality, professional sounding on-hold audio. The OHP 5000 is a revolutionary digital announcer that allows users to download new content to the units flash memory via an integrated audio CD mechanism. The OHP 5000 is the first digital announcer to incorporate a CD mechanism into an on-hold audio product.

The award-winning OHP 5000 features 8 minutes of digital flash memory (upgradeable to 16, 24 or 32 minutes). The unit features an auto record" feature that allows the content of a single-track audio CD to be transferred from the CD to the units digital memory for continuous playback without further user interface. The unit also allows users with a multi-track CD to select and transfer tracks off the CD to the units flash memory. The units LCD panel displays track length and total memory (recording time) available. Once the recording/downloading process is completed, the unit automatically switches to play" mode and begins continuous playback of the audio recorded into memory.
