FOOD CHAIN FILMS DIRECTOR ANDREWS JENKINS RACKS UP NINE MONTHS OF KUDOS AND FREQUENT FLIER MILES WITH SHOOTS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

In a down economy, repeat clientele and a growing reputation help keep Food Chain director Andrews Jenkins working steadily.

(PRWEB) November 9, 2003 --Food Chain Films director Andrews Jenkins has been busy. In the last nine months alone, since Food Chains emergence on the national scene, Jenkins has directed over 17 spots for clients ranging from Electronic Arts to Coca-Cola, worked with celebrities Tiger Woods, Michael Vick, and Dale Earnhart, Jr., plus conceptualized and completed a high-profile music video for Capitol Records darlings, The Dandy Warhols. With output ranging from the breathtaking to the droll, Jenkins directorial professionalism and versatility continue to earn him a gruelling work schedule and repeat clientele, despite the downturn in the advertising market.

For ad agency Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners, Jenkins has been the director of choice for their pro athlete-infused Electronic Arts campaigns for Madden NFL 2004 and Tiger Woods PGA 2004, as well as the upcoming EA Brand Spot. According to OWN + P producer Chris Weldon, Andrews level of comfort with celebrity athletes and general talent alike makes him a prime director to call back for their projects.

Repeat business is the buzzword for Merkeley Newman Harty Partners as well. Andrews two San Francisco dealer spots for Mercedes Benz led quickly to a call back for Mercedes LA-shot national Test Drive" spot as well as three whimsical spots for SBC Communications in Texas.

Three visually alluring Budweiser spots for DDB Needham in Canada were picked up for the US General market and led to DBB Chicago hiring Jenkins for a mirthful interview spot in Charlotte, North Carolina with Dale Earnhart, Jr.

Ground Zero had Jenkins back in LA for the hard-hitting California Anti-Smoking campaign. The campaign, which targets the tobacco industry as villains, has been featured on Newshour with Jim Lehrer on PBS.

Jenkins Spanish language skills were also put to good use in the last year when he was called to direct two high-tech Hispanic market spots for Pennzoil through Publicis Sanchez and Levitan. The spots have since been picked up for the US General and Canadian Markets and translated to English and French respectively.

Andrews had ample opportunity to stretch beyond typical commercial directing as well with the cinematic Football Town/I Know" spots for Coca-Cola through Industry Films and the 80s-inspired Last High" music video for the Dandy Warhols. The three Coca-Cola pieces feature footballer Michael Vick and are to appear in theatres nationwide. Meanwhile, the Dandy Warhols video launched across the pond in England to critical acclaim. The Dandys own Courtney Taylor-Taylor is touting the video as his favorite to date.

Rounding out the last nine months have also been shoots for Ford with J Walter Thompson, Honda with Dailey and Associates, Planters for Footcone & Belding, and Gatorade for Element 79.
