Canadian Pharmacy Storefront Closes Voluntarily Due to Court Ruling

SeniorRxSave has decided to close its doors as a court makes black and white out of what was a "grey" area.

(PRWEB) November 9, 2003 --SeniorRxSave, which has operated in DeBary, Florida for the last year offering discount drug information from Canada, has decided to close its doors due to a U.S. Federal District Court ruling in Tulsa, Oklahoma affecting the drug import industry.

"The court has spoken and it is a sad day for American seniors.", says Nicole Westfall. "There is little doubt as to the intentions of the American pharmaceutical industry who has pushed this initiative to stop affordable drugs from entering the U.S."

SeniorRxSave was not involved in the importation of drugs from Canada, but provided information to seniors and other uninsured people regarding the availability of Canadian drug programs.

Having helped hundreds of seniors in Florida and beyond through their web site, www.SeniorRxSave.com, Westfall says the company will now focus exclusively on their other mission - saving seniors from financial disaster.

Christopher Westfall, Nicole's husband, works as a licensed financial advisor helping seniors avoid probate, reduce taxes on social security, and safely invest in financial vehicles where their principal is never at risk.

Christopher says, "There are so many good alternatives out there for seniors today that it just does not make sense for them to risk their nest egg in the market." The firm offers financial solutions where account values grow when the market grows except that there is no risk to principal should the market suddenly drop, as happened in 2001. "Guarantees are attractive to seniors who do not have an opportunity to go out and earn their money back if the market were to collapse again."

"Studies show that most seniors are seriously concerned that there will be another terrorist attack on the United States. How will that affect the markets? There are much safer alternatives to the market that still provide secure growth that seniors need to be aware of."

Despite the setback encountered with the Canadian pharmacy access they used to provide, SeniorRxSave will continue to focus on helping senior citizens will their financial needs.
