Winners will start the New Year with 12 weeks of free intensive training, massage, nutritional counseling and meal delivery. At the end of the three-month reshaping, theyll visit runway and celebrity stylist Antonio Prieto for a new haircut to show off newly exposed cheekbones.

Elite Body was founded on a philosophy of strengthening the body from the core outward. Trainers have extensive backgrounds in anatomy and kinesiology; workouts include a variety of active and isometric exercises, as well as weights and trainer-assisted stretches.

The free initial consultation includes a thorough physical fitness evaluation. You will be asked to perform a number of physical movements designed to engage different muscular systems and expose any imbalances. The Elite Body trainer takes notes throughout, forming the basis of a customized fitness program.
