The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce San Francisco/Silicon Valley presents a biotech panel discussion, focusing on some of the hottest topics in the biotech industry.

Speakers include:
DR. CONSTANCE JOHN, President and CEO, MandalMed
Dr. John will present breakthrough research in inhibition of the metastasis of breast cancer, and comments on the current status and challenges of receiving funding for early stage biotechnology companies.

MR. CLAS JOHANSSON, Postdoctoral Fellow (DDS, Ph.D. Stanford)
Mr. Johansson is currently researching how we can potentially treat some of the menacing diseases by the use of neural stem cells derived from the adult bone marrow in the central nerve system. Listen, learn, and understand

MS. MELINDA RICHTER, VP of Strategic Partnership at the Women's Technology Cluster
Ms Richter will discuss the role of biotech incubators in driving entrepreneurial growth.
