ONM&J Structural Engineers teamed with Peacock & Lewis Architects to design the project for the Ginn Company.

The Ginn Co.'s projects include Tesoro near Port St. Lucie, where 900 homes averaging around $1.5 million are expected to sell out in just two years, and Watersong on Hutchinson Island.
