CPAI launches online presence for bella azul boutique
Owners Bob and Sheree Whitfield bring hip boutique to Atlanta.
CPAI launches online presence for bella azul, Atlanta's trendiest fashion and lifestyle boutique. Bella means "beautiful" in Italian, Azul means "blue" in Spanish. bella azul is an ultrachic, cutting-edge, funky fashion and lifestyle boutique - showcasing a new experience in couture shopping. The shop sells sophisticated, out-of-the-ordinary fashions and bath and beauty products.
Sheree Whitfield, wife of Atlanta Falcons offensive tackle Bob Whitfield, owns the boutique. In fact, he has sometimes filled in for his wife. "He loves it," said Sheree. "And the customers get a huge kick out of him helping them. Besides, he's very fashion conscious."
Bob contacted CPAI owner Dionne Muhammad and design director, Kristine Hwang to develop the web-site for the both the boutique and his popular weekly sports talk show "What's up Bob" heard on 790 The Zone. This is not CPAIs first project with the Whitfields; This past summer CPAI was also the event planner for the boutique's invite-only Summer Solstice event. Jezebel Magazine appropriately called the CPAI planned affair, the "hottest event of the summer." "We transformed the parking lot of the boutique into a Latin Dance Club, complete with salsa dancers and a Latin guitarist. There was red carpet, valet parking, margaritas and of course Latin food topped off the festive affair. Hot 107.9s Mami Chula played the latest hits; while the guests danced, dined or sat under the tented-lot on plush velour furniture," commented CPAI's Corliss Willis. Professional models from the prestigious Elite Model Agency skirted the runway wearing digs from the bella azul racks. A-list attendees included Monica Kaufman (WSB), Ray Buchanan (Falcons), Sam Crenshaw (11 Alive) TJ Duckett (Falcons), Kenny Leon (True Colors Theater), Cherry Banez (Cherry Publicity) among others.
