Growth Strategies Inc. Helps Minority Entrepreneur to secure a $420,000 Real Estate and Acquisition Loan. Ultimate Sensations LLC is now positioned to fulfill the third acquisition of its business model, another milestone in executing on its business plan.

Ultimate Sensations is a salon development company, which currently owns and operates two salons: "Jelani" in Midtown Manhattan, NY and "Ultimate Sensations" in Hempstead, NY. This $420,000 loan, obtained with the assistance of Growth Strategies, Inc. will allow the proprietors, Eddison and Bernice Bramble, to acquire a third salon located in Uniondale, NY.

Ultimate Sensations plans to develop day spas and salons in the tri-state area utilizing a model of combined commission based and station rental stylists. Designated locations will employ professional day spa specialists to provide spa services. The Brambles have identified a need for upscale hair salons and day spa services in certain underserved communities.

Eddison Bramble, a seasoned entrepreneur, has been involved in developing, buying and selling businesses for the past 15 years. Mr. Bramble is also dedicated to community service. He's served as President of 100 Black Men of Long Island and is Vice Chair of the 100 Main Street Development Corp, which owns and operates a 160,000 square foot building in the Village of Hempstead.

Growth Strategies has been retained to assist Ultimate Sensations LLC in its endeavor to strategically develop and find financing to accomodate its plans to acquire upwards of ten salons within the next 12 - 24 months. In proving its proof of concept with this third acquisition, investment capital is expected to be in line for the Company's next series of acquisitions.
