FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Houston, Texas - Nov 10. 2003 - Houstonian Author Selected as Judge for the MISS TEEN TEXAS pageant panel. Kaye P. Brooks, author of "It's Your Thang, Sexual Choices & Their Consequences will judge the televised pageant Nov 30th, 03 in Houston, Texas.

Teen Advocate, Kaye P. Brooks not only wrote a book which speaks to teens and their parents, she took it a step further and had it adapted into a stage play. The success of the play has led to sponsorhips to travel with the production.

Brooks further partnered with the University of Houston and sponsored a successful Teen Summit which featured MISS TEXAS USA 2004, Stephaine Guerrero. Ms. Guerrero will host the upcoming pageant along with TV Personality, Dan O'Rourke. MISS TEXAS TEEN USA, Tye Felan also appeared at Brooks' Teen Summit. She will crown the upcoming winner.

Teen Pregnancy.Org
Back in April of 2003, Ms. Brooks partenered with Teen Pregnancy.org and San Antonio Black Magazine to bring free online quizzes to teens regarding their knowledge about pregnancy prevention.
