New version of its open source CRM solution is released by GNU BIS.

GNU BIS has released a new version of its Contact Relationship Management software. Yes, it is "Contact" and not just "Customer" Relationship Management. The brazilian company anounces that new improvements will come again soon.

GNU BIS, one of the most recognized open source developers in Brazil, have just released a new version of its Contact Relationship Management solution (CRM).


What's new in the latest version?
- New layout;
- Integration with the Activity Management module;
- Sales opportunities;


Nelson Ferraz, the Technology Director for GNU BIS, mentions:"As more people are joining the development team, we expect many new interesting features to be added to the CRM. We realized that many companies are not satisfied with the traditional CRM applications, and see in our product the capability to develop a customized solution to meet their requirements."


The CRM application developed by GNU BIS is released under the GNU GPL license, and full source code is available.The company also maintains a project repository site at Sourceforge.
