EveryMethod announces a new online PC Technical Support Service for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in San Diego.

Small and medium-sized businesses in San Diego County are now able to save thousands of dollars on their IT maintenance budgets. EveryMethod has launched a new Web service - LiveRepair(tm)- which is specially targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The service is located at http://www.everymethod.com

Thousands of small and medium-sized companies have IT budgets that are too restrictive to meet the true IT support needs of today's business. Staff training and PC maintenance is expensive; in-house IT staff cost are often prohibitive and hiring IT consultants is burdensome for small budgets. Technical support lines of large vendors are not helpful in many cases and even outsourced computer helpdesk services can cost thousands of dollars per month.

Understanding the concerns of small and medium-sized business owners and managers, EveryMethod, Inc (http://www.everymethod.com) has created several packages of instant service products that will cost clients just pennies a day. In contrast to the specialized and expensive outsourced offerings, LiveRepair products are intended for businesses that need live support for two to hundreds of PCs. Distributed companies that have their PCs scattered across several locations - offices or homes of telecommuting employees - will especially benefit from the new service. Enterprise IT departments can use LiveRepair to manage overflow and after-hours support for their users.

One major advantage of the LiveRepair offering is the drastic savings when ordering support for several computers. For example, 24x7 unlimited live online technical support for three computers will cost under US$45/PC per quarter.

The LiveRepair services are based on TekDesk 3.51, which was developed by LiveRepair Inc. and incorporates a multi-tier workflow model, distributed helpdesk locations, and permission-based client-side software.

"We understand that small business have a difficult time locating affordable, reliable and efficient helpdesk support. Whether the problem is training, usability or repair, EveryMethod's products are aimed to fulfill the support needs of this group at unbeatable prices." says Johnny Kessel, President and CEO of EveryMethod, Inc.

EveryMethod, Inc. is located in Encinitas, CA and specializes in innovative PC service products for small business and residential clients.
