SOLEIL FILM AND TELEVISION (PINK SHEETS: SLTV ) ANNOUNCES GOLDEN GLOBE ENTRY

Film Studios Vertical-Mosfilms epic film, Bless the Woman has been entered in the competition for the Golden Globe Awards, with a screening set for late November.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. /Business Wire/ November 12, 2003-Soleil Film and Television, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SLTV, formerly AMDR) announced today that it has successfully assisted in the entry of Bless the Woman, an epic film directed by prominent Russian Director, Stanislav Govorukhin, in the category of Best Foreign Language Film. We are excited that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has decided to consider this film," said Kenneth Eade, Chief Financial Officer. We loved this film and are anxious to do anything we can to assist Stuido Vertical-Mosfilm, who was kind enough to agree to assist us in the production of our own film, Once Upon a Time in Paris, added Eade.

A special screening for Association members will be held in late November, on a date to be announced. The story of Bless the Woman begins in a tiny Soviet village by the sea, in the years before the Second World War. A very young girl, Vera, falls madly in love with an older military officer who is visiting from out of town. She leaves her home and family to live with him in various military posts where he serves with the army. Through the difficulties of army life, and years of war, her love for this older man survives, and she gives herself completely without reservation. This film is about friendship, loss, survival, loyalty, and the wonderful gift of unconditional love, which is only given to a few.
