TRaC Associates, LLC and Sprox, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a strategic relationship in which the two companies will co-market the Sprox wireless Soundog audio system with TraCs high quality projection displays. The two companies will target the casual dining/sports bar market with a unique solution of high definition displays and personalized audio.

Both companies will cooperate in strategic planning, marketing, and sales, in offering a customer pleasing experience of 16 x 9, HDTV and private listening. They will help establishments increase their revenue potential by opening up outside areas to the entire audio video experience. Ken Steinbrecher will be leading the sales effort for this new initiative.

This is a natural," said Mike DeWitt, president of TRaC Associates. Combining our unique, full daylight GlassVu and LUMIN projection displays with the wireless Soundog audio system will provide new revenue opportunities for our clients and a rich experience for their customers. We think the industry will upgrade to widescreen formats quickly as more and more sporting events are being broadcast this way."

Doug Buday, president and founder of Sprox, Inc. commented, Our customers have enjoyed the benefits of our unique Soundog system, and with the addition of TRaC Associates unique displays they can put high resolution video with private, personalized audio, indoors or outdoors. Our wireless audio solution is perfect for taking the entertainment outside to patios and courtyards."

A complete system which includes a display, projector, and wireless audio (4 locations) will start at $4,999. Modularity will allow establishments to customize based on their specific needs.

Ken Steinbrecher remarked, We believe our customers are looking for ways to differentiate themselves and increase revenues.
