Cut the cost of recruitment, far too many agencies overcharge for their services; this should not be the case, it is unnecessary to have exorbitant costs in the marketplace.
Offer a technical approach to enable the correct candidates are submitted for positions, again far too many agencies have sales people scouring CV's, all of our consultants are trained graduates in IT, able to provide a clean efficient service to out clients.
Take the 'sales' out of recruitment.
