     The 256-unit community located at 1100 Avalon Square in Glen Cove, New York, offers high-end studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, a luxurious penthouse selection, and amenities available to all tenants, including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, resident lounge, open-air courtyard, a grand clubhouse with two-story atrium and seating area, conference room, two-level indoor parking garage with controlled access, concierge-attended lobby, mailroom, storage, and a 19-seat cinema room.
