DIAMOND BAR, Calif., November 17, 2003—DACOR®, a leader in high-end kitchen appliance design, manufacturing and distribution, announced today the appointment of Chris Fesmire to the newly created position of director of community relations. In his new role, Fesmire will lead the community relations outreach program that will develop relationships with key community organizations and individuals that respond to community needs. His goal is to bring together volunteer opportunities for DACOR employees to community groups that need their help.
   Fesmire has been a key member of the DACOR management team for 12 years serving as the director of human resources. During his tenure, he was responsible for all employment, safety and workers compensation issues and has seen the company grow from 150 to 535 employees.
