Mind Detoxing, as developed by DKW Coaching, allows individuals to feel confident on the inside and sparkle on the outside. The December teleclasses will lead participants through a methodical self-examination, discovery, and plan for taking positive action. Some of the topics to be covered in depth are facing fears; getting rid of mind-clutter and chatter, and questioning personal assumptions and beliefs.

Principals of DKW Coaching are Dawn Wood and Dona Kerr; both are professional coaches and graduates of B-Coach Development Systems (an executive and leadership training program), who have merged their corporate experiences and personal coaching objectives to offer Mind Detox.
