Dublin, Ireland, (PRWEB) November 18, 2003 -- JobShopIreland.com, the first in a series of international, full-solution recruitment jobsites, launched in Ireland recently. Unlike Ireland's other leading recruitment websites, JobShopIreland.com will (1) facilitate single job postings (2) do so at a fraction of the cost of the competition and (3) offer multi-language services. Additional JobShop websites are scheduled to launch in North America, Asia and Australia in the winter of 2003/2004.

JobShopIreland.com is the first jobsite in Ireland to offer the option of French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and English language options for directions on the site. Other languages are planned, to cater to Ireland's new ethnic population, while Gaeilge is scheduled for the near future. Other extensive options including salary and benefits information, career assessment, relocation information, career management and others - all in a multi-language environment. The site can also be customized to address each client's needs.

"This is the most comprehensive and cost-effective recruitment site targeting Ireland," David Henderson, Managing Director of JobShopIreland.com said. "Following a number of market research surveys, we identified a need for a recruitment solution which offered the whole package for candidates and clients. From our research, we identified that candidates required a straight forward site with plenty of information in making that correct career choice," he added.

We also noted that with the high cost of advertising, a lot of firms were holding back on advertising for new staff. This had led to lost jobs and a number of firms not developing their internal structure. High advertising costs had also led recruitment firms to tighten budgets and increase the fees that they had to charge to clients for finding the best talent," Henderson said. With this vicious circle in mind, it was very obvious that something new was needed to stop this cycle and develop. We then set about building a site that would help candidate and employer. As a result, our clients can now avail of this excellent product for free," he said.

As an introductory offer, JobShopIreland.com is offering users unlimited job postings at no cost for a period of three consecutive months. Currently, over 2,200 positions are posted on the site and, it is anticipated that that number will swell to 10,000 by year-end. The highly sophisticated website is designed to handle 10s of millions of users of month. To date, brands like Air France, Dell, Ebookers, Adecco, Joslin Rowe and Rehab Lotteries have chosen to advertise on the website. The cost to users for single job postings after the free trial is €20 or €799 per year for unlimited postings.
