John Kokulis, President and Founder of Constantine Ventures, Inc. announces the addition of new FAS 123 Options Software Spreadsheets to his firm's CFO Support web-site. The software is a collection of EXCEL spreadsheets that allow users to organize all employee options information in a
format that allows management to make critical compensation decisions, manage the exercise, vesting, and grants of options, and prepare data for FAS123 reporting.

The software is a collection of EXCEL spreadsheets that allow users to organize all employee options information in a format that allow management to make critical compensation decisions, manage the exercise, vesting, and grants of options, and prepare data for FAS123 reporting.
The spreadsheet templates are set up for options that invest quarterly over 4 years. The program can accommodate option information for up to 15 board members, 1 CEO and up to 15 Senior Staff members, up to 30 managers (or other senior employees), and up to 60 remaining employees (not included in the other 4 categories).
These new programs are part the new financial spreadsheet tools offered by Constantine Ventures on their new CFO Support web-site. The new tools are a collection of business plan templates, financial spreadsheet models, and legal agreement templates that users can download from the site.
