Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 20, 2003 --Fire your personal chef. Tell the fast food restaurant you wont be coming by. There is a new choice for healthy eating- and its delivered right to your door. Introducing Seattle Suttons Healthy Eating of Georgia. Seattle Suttons Healthy Eating is a weekly program of 21 freshly prepared meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for just about 100 dollars per week. Every meal is individually packaged to be delicious and nutritious. Never frozen or freeze dried, the food is made here in Atlanta.

Seattle Suttons Healthy Eating (SSHE) offers its clients controlled portions and meals based on a limited amount of calories, making it the perfect complement for losing weight. Calories are limited to 1200 or 2000 per day and sodium intake is limited to 3000mg per day. But dont let that scare you the food is really good.

Additionally it is packaged just right for the person on the go. SSHE takes the stress out of what to bring to work for lunch or what to eat for dinner. Imagine having a homemade granola bar for breakfast, being able to bite into a fresh bistro sandwich for lunch or a dinner of orange roughy delightfully seasoned and served on a bed of long grain wild rice accompanied by parsleyed carrots. All this with no question if its good for you and no worries about preparation.

But dont just take our word for it. SSHE is already feeding people across the US and they love it.

"This is far by the best food management plan I have ever found. The meals are delicious and there's no planning necessary on my part. SSHE is a Godsend for busy, health conscious people."
J.O. Bloomington, IL

I enjoy having delicious meals without trying to find a lot of preparation time in my busy schedule."
S.H. Wheaton, IL

So the food is good- but why the name? Well there really is a Seattle Sutton. Shes a registered nurse from Chicago who was fed up with the eating habit she saw around her. In 1985 she sat down with three employees and created the meals. After testing by dieticians and taste experts she created the first meals of Seattle Suttons Healthy Eating.

Seattle Sutton has made its way to Atlanta courtesy of Sarah Burmeister and Chris Gyoury. Their years of producing TV food programs, like Food Networks Good Eats" and Mario Eats Italy" plus working with some of Americas top chefs led them to Seattle Sutton. After much research on their part and a bit of convincing to Seattle Sutton they brought the company to Atlanta. Now from their state of the art kitchen they look forward to introducing this amazing program to Georgians.

So who should try SSHE? Its good for the busy working woman, the elderly man who wants to be sure hes eating right, the diabetic who needs to control her sugar, the nursing mother who has no time to cook and you- who never wants to see the inside of the grocery store again. So no planning, no shopping, no measuring and no counting calories! What could be better?
