Anniston residents file new PCB (POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYL)contamination suit against Monsanto Company. Many were left out of past settlements.

The recent $700,000,000 million dollar settlement left many Anniston residents unserved. Earl P. Underwood, Jr. and Annesley H. DeGaris have filed a new case in federal court in Birmingham Alabama seeking class action status.

It looks like Monsanto's PCB troubles are far from over. Anniston residents that were left out of the resent record setting settlement have filed a new case seeking class action status. The suit alleges that Monsanto released PCBs in the Anniston Alabama environment and also accuses it of lead and mercury pollution.
Monsanto manfactured PCBs at its Anniston, Alabama plant for over 30 years.
