The Hispanic Center, Inc. Receives a Three-year $233,000 Grant from The Pittsburgh Foundation
The Hispanic Center Inc. is developing the Workforce Solutions training program in cooperation with Jewish Family and Children's Service and Goodwill Industries to provide training and placement services for Hispanics in data-entry and customer service positions in the financial industry.
The Hispanic Center Inc. is developing the Workforce Solutions training program in cooperation with Jewish Family and Children's Service and Goodwill Industries to provide training and placement services for Hispanics in data-entry and customer service positions in the financial industry. This program will be free to all participants.
The training program will consist of the following training elements: keyboarding, work readiness, workplace terminology and English as second language. National City, PNC Bank, Mellon, and Citizens Bank will be participating in program oversight and recruiting graduates for employment opportunities.
