KOLORFUSION INTERNATIONAL, INC. ANNOUNCES 51% INCREASE IN 1st QUARTER REVENUE GROWTH

DENVER, Colorado (BW) -- Nov. 19, 2003 -- Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTCBB: KOLR) announced today its first quarter results and reported a 51% increase in revenue from the previous quarter. Sales were approx. $575,000 as compared to the previous quarter of approximately $382,000 ending June 30, 2003.

DENVER, Colorado (BW) -- Nov. 19, 2003 -- Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTCBB: KOLR) announced today its first quarter results and reported a 51% increase in revenue from the previous quarter. Sales were approx. $575,000 as compared to the previous quarter of approximately $382,000 ending June 30, 2003.

Steve Nagel, President of Kolorfusion International stated, "Our sales team has been working diligently and expect new licensee agreements will be coming on line this quarter and throughout 2004. We look forward to realizing these revenue streams as licensing will continue to generate a significant portion of our overall business. We are nearing positive cash flow, expanding our customer base and feel that the Company is well positioned for growth in all facets of our operation as we head into the next quarter and 2004."

Comparison of sales between this year and the same quarter last year would show a substantial decrease, since last years first quarter sales were approx. $1.1 million, due to a one time exclusivity payment of $750,000 from a licensee Polaris Industries. This year the Company did not have such an event but internally and operationally the growth pattern is on track to surpass last years revenues.
