New classes available for teambuilding and project management

Project management is one of the fastest growing disciplines today. This class is based on the Bruce Tuckman's model of team development. That model presents the stages of team development in term of Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. The most critical phase of team development is the storm phase. During this stage the teams builds the foundation for how the team will operate in the future. Participants in this class will learn how to: Control the storm. Take advantage of the storm. Lead the team to success by guiding them through the storm, as the captain of the ship, and bring them into the next stage of normalizing, or norming."
