GAMEWORKS JOINS US MARINES TOYS FOR TOTS INITIATIVE BY OFFERING COMPLIMENTARY GAME CARDS FOR TOYS

Game cards to be distributed through 130 South Florida US Postal Office locations and 22 South Florida Ford Dealerships

Miami, FL. November 18, 2003 - Beginning November 25th, GameWorks, (www.gameworks.com) the high-tech entertainment, restaurant and bar experience where guests can eat, drink, party and play will offer $10, 30-minute game card vouchers through December 22nd when a new, unwrapped toy is brought to any South Florida US Postal Office from Pompano to Key West or any South Florida Ford dealership. Game card vouchers are available while supplies last and will be redeemable at any GameWorks location in the United States.

"The aggressive participation of GameWorks in our 2003 Toy Drive has been a blessing in moving the Reserve Marines of Hialeah closer to our goal of collecting 300,000 toys this year." said Major Scott Mack, an Inspector-Instructor for the US Marines. "The South Florida community is very fortunate to have businesses such as GameWorks that exhibit such a unique combination of patriotism and charity in striving to ensure each child in our area has a brighter holiday."

The ceremonial kick-off for this year's Toys for Tots campaign will take place at 9 AM at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital where Marines will present the 1st toy of the campaign. GameWorks Sawgrass Mills will also host a special Toys For Tots Day on Saturday, December 6th from 12-4 PM in conjunction with the US Marines, Broward Sheriff's Office, City of Sunrise Police Department and Kidz-Dealz. The event will feature a Marine and police escort of Santa Claus to GameWorks for the event, as well as specially planned activities.

The Toys for Tots Program is the Marine Corps's premier community action program and one of the nation's flagship Christmas charitable causes. The program has become a traditional part of the annual Christmas holiday season for communities nationwide. The message of hope delivered through a shiny new toy at is designed to have positive impact on children, their families and their communities. It's not the toy - it's what the toy does. Over the past 53 years, Marines have distributed over 272,000,000 toys to some 133,000,000 needy children across the nation.
